Training Officer

Are you ready to make an impact in South Africa and the world!

OM has been training OM workers for more than 30 years.  We are developing a whole new package to equip workers for the least reached.  We are looking for someone who can train people, teams and develop  training programs.

Requirements

A strong biblical foundation is required. We are looking for an applicant with good communication skills and a passion for developing people. The Training Officer will be working with multiple nationalities and age groups. Team work is an essential part of OM SA.

This is a voluntary position.  Flexible working hours can be discussed.  Training to raise financial support will be available.

2-3 Years

All jobs/opportunities on this site are unsalaried. Most people joining OM have to raise financial support to cover their living expenses, usually through gifts from home churches and other supporters.

A bunch of misfits

“I joined a homegroup (Bible Study or life group) two years ago and as time passes, more and more of each member’s character is coming forward,” says Renette. “It dawned on me the other day that we honestly do not have anything in common. No one does the same job or has the same friends or enjoys the same hobbies. No one would have met if it wasn’t for the homegroup. The only thing in common is our love for Jesus.”

Using your profession for a greater cause

When Juan felt compelled to leave his studies and do church planting, God made it clear to him to finish because God was going to use Juan's skills for His purposes.
