Transform2010 is a unified effort around the Mediterranean to create momentum for the gospel by mobilising people and training them in telling their personal God story.
Our main focus will be for you to get exposure to the culture and ministry in the Middle East in order to prepare you for a longer term commitment. During the course of six weeks the you, the participant, will get a
general overview of Middle Eastern history and culture. He will take part in a language course and get a first exposure to ministry through relationships in the Middle East.

Ministry Details
Ministry will mainly consist of meeting locals and building relationships.
Participant Profile
You should have a general interest in the Middle East. You should be interested in seeing for yourself what ministry in this part of the world is like. You should be willing to learn more about culture, history, and language of the Middle East.

Food: Local food
Travel: The participant needs to book and pay for his own travel to Rome on July 19th, Rome to Cairo on July 24th and Cairo back home on September 5th.
How to find us: The conference will take place in a hotel just outside Rome. Detailed information how to get there from the airport or train station will be given to you by your local OM office. www.transform.om.org
Health: Good health is advisable. Vaccination for Hepatitis B. Good health is advised due to very hot and humid weather conditions. If you are taking any medication - like insulin or high blood pressure tablets, etc. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU BRING THAT WITH YOU!
Visa: Please check with the Egyptian Embassy in your country if you need to get your visa before or at arrival. For some nationalities a one month visa can be bought at the airport for 15 Euro
or 15 Dollars.

Love Middle East (28-Jul-2008) Please pray for the impact of the outreach "Love Middle East," both on the participants and the people they will reach.
Opportunities for Service (28-Feb-2008) There is incredible potential for mature, committed Christians to reach the majority. Eight outreach teams were sent out. The Love Middle East conference saw sixty people participating, 80 percent of whom were Egyptians. The SELIM and CUBE programs continue to train foreigners coming to the region. The book table in downtown Cairo, running simultaneously with the book fair, saw 200 Bibles given out.
