Childrens Camp, Entry Point 3 - Childrens Camp, 2 weeks: Ukraine

We assist small village churches to establish a regular childrens ministry. The summer camp is the kick-off event. After that the OM-Team helps the church to establish a Sunday school.

Every day village children participate in various activities (sport, drama, crafts, evangelistic Bible lesson and much more) during a day camp programme. In some villages the programme goes on for the whole day; in some only half a day with another such camp programme in a neighbouring village. Children do not sleep in the camp, but home.

Participants will attend a 4 day preparatory seminar (facillitated by OM workers) before joining an international team of volunteers, which lead the camp. Each camp is one week long. It is possible to stay for several weeks and participate in several camps. We recommend, that you come for a total of at least three weeks (preparation conference plus two camps), as that will give you sufficient opportunity to experience and participate.
