Bookstore manager: Arabian Peninsula

Exciting ministry opportunity as bookstore manager. Responsible for the daily management of retail bookstore with additional responsibility of developing sales through smaller venues: i.e. book tables, book fairs or universities.

  • Start Date: As soon as possible
  • Commitment Length: 2-3 years (full time)
  • Enjoys working with books, likes to read books, keeping knowledgable of stock.
  • Good working knowledge of computerized bookstore system
  • Experience in implementing computerized bookstore system

Experience and proficiency in managing staff

  • keen attention to details and strong maths skills
  • pleasnat friendly manner with strangers, and an ability to initiate conversationscapable to take initiative and creativity to sell books in different locations
  • maintaining a consistent personal relationship with the Lord
  • knowledge of Arabic is an advantage but not requirement
