Field IT Officer: Arabian Peninsula
- IT oversight and development: give advice in planning, achieving and maintaining IT solutions and keep up-to-date with current IT developments
- provide email helpdesk support to workers in the field and hands-on IT support for the AP support team
- provide IT training
- update and maintain field IT policies and procedures
- Start Date: As soon as possible
- Commitment Length: as long as possible (part time)
- reasonable background and familiarity with computers and IT matters.
- able to manage a broad range of issues related to IT
- ability to work well with people from different backgrounds
- good working knowledge of English
- interested in serving the field with the use of IT
- willing to travel (not necessarily a lot)
- if possible previous exposure to work within OM or a like minded organisation
