Rows upon rows of discarded cement pipes — intended to channel human waste — are used as homes for a community of desperate Dalit families, who are considered by many to be . . . scavengers . . . untouchables . . . slumdogs.

And while India’s Hindu caste system has been officially outlawed, the living conditions for the 250 million Dalits remain much like they have for hundreds of years: virtual slavery. In fact, half of the world’s slaves are from among the Dalit people. But God’s Word is blazing through Dalit communities, drawing tens of thousands to Him!
