Thanks for your help and prayer. Featured Field: ArgentinaKids in Argentina have been very receptive to the ministry of OM Sportslink. Field Leader Markus Leder tells of a recent answer to prayer:
Every year we organize a sports competition with children from a very poor area where we work. It's a day of fun games and sharing the gospel. In one event, two girl teams from a children's home were to play in the finals. For both teams it was a fight for glory and honor. It looked more like rugby than a soccer game. After the match we shared the gospel and invited the kids to pray with us. As soon as we said "Amen", a girl stepped to the microphone. She was the leader of one of the gangs within the children's home. She said: "I just prayed and ask Jesus into my heart, and I want to tell you that we only won because we cheated in the game. We have no right for the champions title and now that I am a Christian I can not live without confessing this situation." This girl normally shows no emotion, so we were so amazed at her reaction. We were even more stunned to see the team captain from the other team then go to the front and say they did not want to receive the title, but asked the coaches instead for a fair match the following week.” You can be a part of sports ministry all over the world.
