Requirements

• Leading and supervision of church planting projects in Austria
• Networking with church planters, initiatives and organizations that promote church planting (ATC, PLANT! etc.)
• Networking with existing churches
• Strategic planning of further church planting projects
• Lead personnel and further their development
• Intimate relationship with Jesus
• Church that approves of and supports your ministry
• Team, leadership and communication skills  (adequate level of German with willingness to learn more and English)
• Experience in church planting and leadership
• Completed theology studies (not absolutely necessary)
• Flexible and independent working
• Enjoying working in an international team
• OM experience is helpful but not required

All jobs/opportunities on this site are unsalaried. Most people joining OM have to raise financial support to cover their living expenses, usually through gifts from home churches and other supporters.
