  Our development organization’s projects take a holistic approach to health education, addressing the facts related to sexual health, HIV infection and other health issues within a moral framework where deeper issues are also addressed.   Santay Island is situated in the river which forms the eastern border of the city of Guayaquil, Ecuador. It is home to about 200 people, abandoned by the world for 50 years, and currently without an established church . For the last few years OM has been ministering part time here in partnership with a local church in the city, and a good relationship has been established with the people. The time is ripe to really press on towards an established church, but no one has been found to take on the challenge.

  OM Ireland’s Big Red Bus is a double-decker bus converted for and widely used around Ireland for children’s ministry, youth work, and community outreach.
  
  Bus and team will be based in OM Ireland’s new ministry base, Lacken House, near Roscommon in the heart of the nation. From there the bus will run programmes in primary schools and with local churches in different parts of Ireland.
